Lemon Sherbet

Lemon Sherbet made right at home

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 3.2g
Yield: Serves 6


  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cups light cream
  • 1/2 cup liquid sweetener
  • Ice cream maker


  1. Blend all ingredients well
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions
