The Biggest Loser trainer's own concoction to stay hydrated.
Yield: 60 ounces
Ingredients
- 60 oz. distilled water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar free cranberry juice (not concentrated)
- 1 dandelion tea bag
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Drink throughout the day, each day

I was about to make your drink but it states 60 ounces.. Is this correct and do i boil the danderline tea separately with water or do i boil the whole thing please respond thank you so much

This tastes good, i was skeptical about the dandalion tea but its not bad mixed all together. I drink this throughout the day a couple days a week. It helps eliminate toxins in the body, makes me feel great.
