I have lost 17 pounds and still at it. Is there a dvd on a diet you recommend for me? I am 65 years old woman who has poor circulation in my legs and ostheoporais in both knees. I walk one hour everyday and would like to know if you have a exercising program (dvd) that I could buy to strengthen my core.? Please advise me.

So, I made this drink and it tastes like diluted lemonade and smells like the tea, and is a brown color. Did I do it right?

I noticed that some of you mentioned the sugar content in the "sugar free" the sugar is the natural sugar in the cranberry...to keep your bowels moving use "SUSTA" its a good alternative to all the BAD artificial sugars on the market. All natural and tastes much better, plus good for diabetics...
posted Nov 15th, 2010 6:27 pmI like the tea, tastes good and works well.

I drink alot of the dandilion tea i have problems having bowl movements it really helps. the taste is something you have to get through. I use nit to like the taste of V-8 juice but I drink that because I don't get all of my veggies.

We've found the Dandelion Tea online here at Amazon. Other specialty tea stores or health food stores likely carry it as well.

Toni - We've never heard Jillian mention boiling. Our understanding is that you simply combine all the ingredients as-is together and drink. Hope this helps.
