Hot Pepper Chicken

For the heat seeking chicken lover.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 0g

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine oil with hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper
  2. Drench chicken in sauce
  3. Grill or broil
