Ham and Cheese Omelet

A classic omelet favorite the low-carb way.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 0.2g

Yield: Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 2 Tbs. light cream
  • Diced lean ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with cream
  2. Spray skillet with cooking spray
  3. Cook eggs on medium high heat
  4. Add ham and cheese
