Eating Carbs I have seen the Biggest Loser Show and the results from your amazing work. I have gone thru alot in the past year, ear and Neck surgery, loss my mother, recieving epidurals for my continuous back pain and NOW have gained TEN plus pounds back from those injections and having a very difficult time loosing it. Up til my mother's health rapidly was declining I was attending Weight Watchers and successfully took off 28 lbs. Now seeing my scale going up I am getting very depressed due to the fact I am limited with any form of activity at this time, and I guess due from boredom / depression / steroids; I want to eat everything in site. I read your article in Woman's World Magazine, plan on getting your book "The Skinny Rules"...I need your help / advice on how to take that first step on getting my LIFE back. I can only continue to PRAY that I will recieve your help in some form.... Thank You and May God Bless You, Lynda
