Mediterranean puts its on mark on this swordfish recipe.
- 4 swordfish steaks
- Juice of one lemon
- 1- 8 oz. can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbs. olives, sliced
1. Preheat broiler; pour lemon juice over steaks 2. Place on rack in broiling pan on top rack 3. Broil 4 min each side or until fish is opaque throughout 4. Meanwhile, heat stewed tomatoes to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 5 minutes until mix is slightly thickened 5. Spoon stewed tomatoes onto 4 dinner plates, place swordfish on top, sprinkle with cheese and olives
