Granola Go Cup
1/3 cup lowfat granola
1 cup nonfat light vanilla yogurt (can use fruit flavor too)
1 cup diced fresh fruit (berries, bananas, melons, oranges, grapes, etc.)

Place yogurt, fruit and granola in plastic cup (in that order, starting with yogurt on the bottom). Add a plastic spoon and go!
