Fruit Smoothie
A creamy frozen treat!
Yield: 16 ounces
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. papaya juice
- 1/3 c. old-fashioned oatmeal or miller's bran
- 1 TBS non-fat powdered milk
- 2 packets of sugar substitute
- 1/2 c. frozen fruit strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- and unsweetened applesauce mixed, OR 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp. frozen orange juice, not diluted
- 1/2 c. milk (2% or less)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Blend, pour into large glass and ENJOY!

I am diabetic, and i am having a hard time loosing weight, i love fruit and yogurt,i thought maybe smoothies would be a good start to trying to eat better
