French Silk Pie
A pie favorite that you're sure to love.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup Splenda
- 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Cream butter and Splenda
- Melt chocolate and blend into butter/sweetener mixture when cooled
- Stir in vanilla
- Add eggs, one at a time
- Beat well
- Chill 1-2 hours minimum
- Top with whipped cream if desired
