Free Soup
Bursting with flavor, you don't have to feel guilty eating this soup.
Yield:
Ingredients
- 1- 46 oz. can V-8 juice
- 23 oz. water
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1- 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and chile peppers
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1- 14.5 oz. can green beans
- 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
- 4 to 6 carrots, sliced
- 2 Tbs. parsley
- 2 pkg. beef bouillon
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Cook until vegetables are tender
- Serve

Love this one. I added some Cayenne pepper just to give it a kick.

I didn't like the twist by adding ranch dressing and find it hard to believe that with adding it, the recipe stay at 0 weigh watchers points....is this right?

This soup worked great as a meal replacement at dinner time and gave me leftovers to take to work for lunch

Super easy to make and lots of flavor. I actually used low sodium V8 juice to bring down the salt content in the soup but with zero weight watchers points this was a great find
