Easy Garden Bake
A cheesy and wonderful bake with the right touch of veggies.
Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced fat Bisquick
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- Grease 9-inch pie plate
- Layer zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in pie plate
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended, then pour out into pie plate
- Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool 5 minutes

this was easy,quick to make and very filling meal with small garden salad .it will become on of my favorites
