Denver Scrambled Eggs

Eggs with lots of flavor.

Yield: Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup light cream
  • 1/3 cup ham, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. green sweet pepper
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with cream
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Melt butter in skillet
  4. Add eggs
  5. Cook without stirring until eggs begin to set
  6. Add ham, vegetables and cheese
  7. Stir mixture
  8. Heat and serve
