Crispy Nuts

Simple nuts with added crispness.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 4g
Yield: Serves 10


  • 4 cups pecan pieces
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • water


  1. Mix nuts with salt and water and leave in a warm place overnight
  2. Drain
  3. Spread on a baking pan and heat at 150F for 12 hours, turning occasionally
  4. Store in airtight container
