Coconut Chocolate Pudding
Chocolate pudding with a coconut twist
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup water
- 1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Place cream and water in blender
- Add pudding & coconut and blend on high for 15 seconds
- Immediately pour into 8 single serve dishes
- Chill for 5 minutes or overnight
- Top with whipped cream
