Coconut Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate pudding with a coconut twist

Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • Whipped cream


  1. Place cream and water in blender
  2. Add pudding & coconut and blend on high for 15 seconds
  3. Immediately pour into 8 single serve dishes
  4. Chill for 5 minutes or overnight
  5. Top with whipped cream
