Cocoa Balls

A quick low-carb snack or dessert.

  • 1/2 cup sugar free peanut butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbs. almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup Splenda, or to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Roll into balls & refrigerate
