Cocoa Balls
A quick low-carb snack or dessert.
Yield: Serves 12
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar free peanut butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbs. heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup Splenda, or to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Roll into balls & refrigerate
