Cobb Salad

Salads don't get much more classic than this.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 pound fat-free deli-sliced turkey breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 pound low-fat Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 1 large tomatoes, diced
  • 8 slices cooked crisp turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 large egg, hard-boiled, diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing


  1. Arrange lettuce in 4 salad bowls
  2. Top each with 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. of cheese and 1/4 of tomato
  3. Sprinkle 2 crumbled slices bacon and 1/4 of egg over each
  4. Spoon 2 Tbs. of dressing over each salad just before serving
