Cinnamon Rolls
Sweet and wonderful rolls.
Yield: Serves 2
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbs. cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Separate the 4 eggs
- Whip whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form
- In a food processor, blend egg yolks, 2 Tbs. cottage cheese and Splenda
- Gently fold yolks into whites
- Spread into 6 mounds on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes
- Combine butter with cinnamon & 2 Tbs. Splenda
- Serve with rolls
