Cinnamon Rolls

Sweet and wonderful rolls.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1.8g
Yield: Serves 2


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon


  1. Separate the 4 eggs
  2. Whip whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form
  3. In a food processor, blend egg yolks, 2 Tbs. cottage cheese and Splenda
  4. Gently fold yolks into whites
  5. Spread into 6 mounds on greased cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes
  7. Combine butter with cinnamon & 2 Tbs. Splenda
  8. Serve with rolls
