Chocolate Rasberry Mousse Pie

A mousse pie that's truly irresistable.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 4.9g

Yield: Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Beat cream & pudding mix until smooth
  2. Add sour cream & topping, whisk until smooth
  3. Fold in raspberries
  4. Pour into pie pan
  5. Sprinkle extra raspberries over top
  6. Chill for 3 hours
