Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

A great pie with the essential treats.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 4.5g
Yield: Serves 12


  • 1 cup crushed or ground pecans
  • 1 Tbs. melted butter
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 Tbs. light cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1/8 cup peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese


  1. Mix pecans and butter
  2. Pour in pie plate, spread to cover bottom of plate and place in freezer
  3. Then, mix melted butter and chocolate in small saucepan
  4. Heat & stir
  5. Mix in cream and vanilla
  6. Add Splenda
  7. Pour over frozen pie crust and place in freezer again
  8. Next, mix peanut butter and cream cheese
  9. Blend well
  10. Spread over frozen pie
  11. Serve with whipped topping
