Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
A great pie with the essential treats.
Yield: Serves 12
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed or ground pecans
- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 Tbs. light cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1/8 cup peanut butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Mix pecans and butter
- Pour in pie plate, spread to cover bottom of plate and place in freezer
- Then, mix melted butter and chocolate in small saucepan
- Heat & stir
- Mix in cream and vanilla
- Add Splenda
- Pour over frozen pie crust and place in freezer again
- Next, mix peanut butter and cream cheese
- Blend well
- Spread over frozen pie
- Serve with whipped topping
