Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits

Chocolate and peanut butter paired together in this dessert.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 4.5g

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 Tbs. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 package sugar free chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Whip cream
  2. Fold in peanut butter
  3. Prepare pudding according to package directions
  4. Fill parfait glasses with alternating layers of peanut butter whipped cream and pudding
  5. Chill and serve

we actually made this in my Food & Fitness class,
and i think it was incredible.

we made the full fat version of it,
then we made this version-
then my teacher made us try both without knowing which was which-
you couldn't tell the difference at all.

incredible.
