Chicken and Provolone Salad

Enjoy this chicken salad with enormous flavor.

  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 lb. grilled chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 lb. fresh provolone, sliced


  1. Mix basil, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and oregano
  2. Layer chicken, tomato and cheese
  3. Drizzle dressing over all
