Carrot Cabbage Slaw

A satisfying way to add crunchy vegetables to a healthy diet!

23 calories per 1/2 cup serving
Yield: 10 servings


  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 TBS reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 pkg. sugar substitute (such as Splenda)
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 TBS vinegar
  • 2 TBS lemon juice


  1. Shred cabbage and carrots
  2. Finely chop onion and celery
  3. Mix together in a large bowl
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar substitute,pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise
  5. Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate
