Waffles make great desserts when topped with caramel apples.
2 baking apples, peeled, cored, diced
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons caramel sauce
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
4 fat free frozen waffles
8 tablespoons fat free whipped cream
Combine first four ingredients in microwave container. Cook for 5 minutes or until mixture boils and apples are tender. Warm waffles in toaster as directed on package. Serve warm apple caramel filling over each waffle and top with fat free whipped cream.
