Caramel Apple Milkshakes
Keep the yum without the guilt.
Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
- 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.
