Caramel Apple Milkshakes

Keep the yum without the guilt.

Per serving = 179 calories, 4 gm fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 126 mg sodium, 32 gm carbohydrate, 0 gm fiber, 4 gm protein
Yield: Serves 6


  • 3 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.

this sounds delish.. has anyone made it? 4 weight watchers points is kind of steep
