Broccoli Salad

Super simple salad.

Per Serving: 88 calories, 1 g fat, 2 g protein, 18 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 2 mg cholesterol, 168 mg sodium

Yield: Serves 8


  • 16 oz. broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon bits
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red Bermuda onion
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar


  1. Cut florets of broccoli into small pieces
  2. Place broccoli, bacon, onions, and raisins in bowl and toss together
  3. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, blending well
  4. Add to broccoli and mix until coated
  5. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight

very good. Was real close to the original receipe that is made with real mayonnaise
