Blue Cheese Dressing
It's better to make your own salad dressing.
Yield: 30, 1 Tbs. servings
Ingredients
- 4 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 5 oz. blue cheese
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
- 2 clove garlic cloves
Instructions
- Mince garlic, then mix all ingredients in bowl
- Pour back into yogurt container
- Refrigerate until needed

Not only easy to make, but very delicious! I am a blue-cheese lover and this is the perfect dressing ( and dip) for those watching their diet!

1 tbsp per serving is a tease...but thr recipe is wonderful.

I haven't tried thsi yet. It looks good. But I hate that it only says 30 servings, 1 point per serving. I would have to divide it 30 ways to find out how much 1 serving is!
