BBQ Chicken Mini Pizza
A comfort food favorite gets a nutritional makeover at the Biggest Loser Resort.
Yield: Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 Orowheat® sandwich thin
- 1 ½ tablespoons bbq sauce
- 1 ounce soy cheese
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- ½ tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons tomato, diced
- ¼ cup grilled chicken, diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Using 1 Orowheat® sandwich thin- split apart and toast in the oven for 5-6 min. Ladle on 1 ½ tablespoons BBQ sauce on each pizza. Sprinkle soy cheese on top. Sprinkle green onions, tomato, cilantro and the cooked chicken breast. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until pizza crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

my two friends are eatting pizzas every day and night and drink lots of soda pop every day. what can i do to help them they can not want stop eatting that greassy food . please help me .
