Basil Cheese Triangles

Guests won't want to put these down.

Nutrition Facts (1 piece/serving): 45 calories; 3g Fat; .2 g Fiber; 2g Protein; 13mg Cholesterol; 74mg Sodium

Yield: Makes 6 dozen

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. feta cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 16 oz. phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Grease a cookie sheet
  3. Crumble feta cheese into small bowl; mash with fork
  4. Stir in eggs, basil and white pepper until well mixed
  5. Cut a stack of phyllo sheets lengthwise into 2-inch strips. Cover with plastic wrap, then with damp towel to prevent them from drying out.
  6. Place one level tsp. cheese mixture on end of 1 strip; fold phyllo strip end over end, in triangular shape, to opposite end
  7. Place on cookie sheet
  8. Repeat with remaining strips and cheese mixture
  9. Brush butter over triangles
  10. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and golden
  11. Serve warm

this recipe tells what the point value per serving is (1), but I can't see what the serving size actually is, i.e., 2 triangles, or 6? Can anyone clarify for me? thx!
