Banana Split Smoothie

A healthy way to have dessert for breakfast!

Per Serving: 140 Calories, .5g Fat, 26g Carbohydrates, 10g Protein, 143mg Calcium, 62mg Sodium

Yield: Serves 2

Ingredients

Watch Rebecca make this Banana Split Smoothie.

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ cup fresh/frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 container Fage 0% (5.3 oz)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
