Banana Split Pie
A classic favorite that's completely guilt-free.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 12 graham cracker squares
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 small box low-calorie vanilla pudding (prepared per package instructions)
- 1 cup fat-free non dairy topping, such as fat-free Cool Whip
Instructions
- Place crackers in bottom of a 9-inch pie plate
- Layer remaining ingredients in order listed
- Place in refrigerator until pudding sets
