Ditto my review on BLT salad: Who really needs a formal recipe for this?!
posted Dec 27th, 2008 11:14 amAgain, I've been desconstructing my favorite sandwiches into ultra-low-carb salads since Day One on Atkins. In addition to the mayo here, I also use 1 T of low-carb ketchup (<1g sugars - kind of expensive but worth it) and 1 T zero-carb mustard (my favorite are coarse-grain or horseradish-mustard, but even the flaming yellow stuff will do in a pinch). Alernatively, skip the mayo and use a home-made vinaigrette instead.
