Atkins Baking Mix

A low-carb base for baked goods recipes.

3g Carbs/ 1/2 cup serving
Yield: 3.25 cups


  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 2 cups soy protein isolate
  • 2 Tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Splenda


  1. Sift soy flour, soy protein isolate, baking soda, salt, and Splenda
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place
  3. Use in baked goods recipes

Love it was very tastie. i use this in place of any flour .

I like it. I also like the baking mix by Jennifer Eloff. IT useds ground almonds, whey protein and vital wheat gluten.

I don't use sugar anymore, ONLY SPLENDA in moderation!! and i have lost 50 lbs in 7 months!!!

I don't like splenda and I hear it is really not very good for you.
