Vanilla Soda

Ingredients

• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, or equivalent artificial sweetener
• 1 cup club soda
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

1. Place vanilla extract and sugar in bottom of a glass.
2. Stir to mix.
3. Pour in club soda, stirring gently to blend.
4. Carefully add a scoop of ice cream.
5. Serve with a straw or long spoon.
