Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Splenda
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup diced peaches
- Ice cream maker
Instructions
- In a large mixer bowl beat cream cheese and Splenda until smooth
- Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined
- Stir in the cream and peaches
- Freeze according to manufacturer's directions
