Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cooked and chopped
- 2 eggs, boiled and choppped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, optional
- Dill pickle, chopped, optional
Instructions
- Cook and drain cauliflower
- Chop all ingredients as noted
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Cover and chill
