
Low Carb Tiramisu
A low carb version of this classic Italian dessert

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup high gluten flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- In a small pan, heat the butter & cream
- In a large bowl, beat eggs at high speed for several minutes
- Add the 3/4 cup of Splenda and beat for 2 minutes
- Add flours, baking powder, salt, vanilla & butter/cream mixture
- Beat at low speed until smooth; pour into greased pan
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cakes springs back when lightly touched in the center
- Cool completely
- Serve with whipped cream
