Yield:Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. peeled, grated gingerroot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Place pork in a large heavy-duty, zip-top baggie
  2. Combine soy sauce and next 5 ingredients
  3. Pour over pork
  4. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally
  5. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade
  6. Coat grill rack with cooking spray
  7. Place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400 degrees F)
  8. Place pork on rack
  9. Grill, covered, 25-30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of pork registers 160 degrees F, turning occasionally
