Diabetic Deviled Eggs

Nutrition Facts: 2 WW Points; 91 Calories; 6.2g Fat; .3g Fiber; Exchange 1 medium-fat meat
Yield: Serves 4 (two egg halves per serving)


  • 4 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Dash of onion powder
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. champagne vinegar
  • Paprika


  1. Halve eggs; remove yolks and mash
  2. Add other ingredients except paprika to mashed yolks; beat well
  3. Refill egg whites with yolk mixture
  4. Sprinkle with paprika
  5. Refrigerate until served
  6. For a professional touch, garnish with finely chopped chives or red onion

I substituted the champagn vinegar with white wine vinegar
