
Deviled Crab
A tempting little low-carb treat.

Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat (frozen or fresh)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbs. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a glass pie plate or 8x8 pan
- Remove crab from shell if fresh
- Place crab meat in a large bowl and check carefully for cartilage or shell
- Do not break up the lumps
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, melted butter, eggs, salt, pepper and Old Bay
- Stir these ingredients together until well blended
- Pour the mixture over top of the crab meat
- Use a rubber spatural to carefully fold mixture into crab meat until evenly distributed
- Transfer to the glass pan
- Bake until golden and bubbly
