Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. cold water
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3 Tbs. instant cappuccino powder
- 2 Tbs. Splenda
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Place cold water in a bowl & sprinkle with gelatin
- Let stand for 5 minutes
- Add boiling water & stir until gelatin is dissolved
- Add cappuccino powder & Splenda
- Stir until dissolved
- Add cream & mix well
- Cover & refrigerate for 3 hours
