Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
- 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 lb. grilled chicken, cut up
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 lb. fresh provolone, sliced
Instructions
- Mix basil, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and oregano
- Layer chicken, tomato and cheese
- Drizzle dressing over all
