Chicken Teriyaki

Yield:Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4- 4oz. skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp. ginger root, pared and minced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in nonstick baking pan
  2. In 1-cup glass measure, combine remaining ingredients
  3. Pour over chicken
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  6. Uncover chicken and bake 15 minutes
  7. Turn and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until cooked through
