Why would your child think exercise does not sound like fun?

Perhaps it's because you taught them it's not fun, or it wasn't fun for you as a child so you passed that negative attitude on to your child. Exercise can be fun, and if you teach them this when your child leaves your house and enter the world where adults do exercise, they will carry with them a positive attitude towards exercise.
