Where can I find confirmation of the FDA statement on the link between artificial food dye and hyperactivity?

I found it interesting that this statement was not on the home page of the FDA site. Given that they are in place to protect consumers, even a sentence about this would seem appropriate. Of course if I am in error, I'll stand corrected...
