This question is about South Beach Diet Supercharged

Our south beach diet review goes in to this quite a bit, and explains how you'll eat a diet made of:
> low glycemic vegetables: asparagus, broccoli, cucumber, spinach
> lean protein: turkey, fish, chicken, eggs
> healthy fats: olive oil, nuts, avocado
> whole grains: whole grain breads, pasta, cereal
> limited alcohol
Each of the three phases outlines a different eating plan with different allowed and off-limits foods. The best guidance is to follow the book or online program.
