Is The Fast Diet a healthy way to lose weight?

Dr. Mosley's 5:2 diet plan is eating only 500 calories 2 days a week (not in a row) and eating what you want the other 5 days (not gorging) sounds like a great plan. What do you think?Invite Your Friends to Answer This Question
