This question is about 400 Calorie Fix

It is because it encourages eating throughout the day, which supports your metabolism, and a 1600 calorie diet, which is a healthy amount for your body and supports weight loss. Where it's "less" healthy in some of the food recommendations, which include fast food. The McD's hamburger and ice cream cone suggestion for lunch could easily be swapped for a turkey sandwich and cup of vegetable soup. It offers some great guidance, but you'll want to be prepared to make some of your own healthy decisions.
Umm, it is not a 400 calorie diet, it is FOUR 400 calorie meals a day, that is 1600, which is very healthy.
