42 and tired of dieting!!! :)

I lost 45 lbs the first time I went on a low carb..20 grams but the 2nd time around was not able to stay on it, got dizzy spells and bad cravings, I now count calories
I di it and did the blood work along with it. My blood work results were amazing AFTER i was on the diet for a while. I hate when people told me that stuff. I did not believe it and still do not. It restricts your carb intake at first to get your body into ketosis and then after the 2 weeks you can add more carbs. I never went out off the inductions phase. I was loosing 10 lbs a month. Loosing weight was what it was alllllll about. And i am still fine.
