i just figured that it must cost something to join up with the pink method, be it books, dvd's, menu plans, exercise etc, how much??

Hi there; I just bought the total program and it cost me $90.69 Canadian (tax included). It will be shipped in 4-9 business days. It includes the 3 workout DVD's for each phase and the diet book. It also includes a bonus workout DVD. It does not come with the dumbells. They say for the first phase to use 5 pound dumbells . By the 3'rd phase you should be using 8 pound dumbells.
